Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a product area: define problems, write requirements, drive cross-functional execution.
• Shape the roadmap using data, feedback, and market signals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Use metrics and user insights to measure and improve outcomes.
• Communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and guide decisions.
• Act with a founder mindset–simplify, move fast, and embrace feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in a product-related role (PM, startup operator, founder, or product analyst).
• Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity using AI in day-to-day product work (prototyping, research, or analysis).
