Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and maintain product strategy aligned to pillar and organisational objectives
• Develop, own, and communicate the product roadmap and other standard collateral
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities
• Contribute to wider portfolio strategy and planning
• Translate strategy into well-defined and commercially sound product backlogs and requirements
• Ensure that products maximise revenue opportunities in terms of modularity

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a business or technical discipline
• Proven track record in Product Management in technology industries
• Desirable: track record of working in the Public Safety sector with proven ability to deliver
• Ability to hold an audience with customers, technical people, partners and colleagues fully engaged
• World class product insight. Ideas that inform direction and prioritisation
• Commercially savvy: able to conduct accurate return on investment calculations to steer products
