Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end backlog for the Risk & Compliance platform.
• Prioritize the roadmap balancing impact, value, feasibility, and data needs.
• Lead Agile delivery: sprint planning, refinement, releases.
• Partner with leaders, engineers, and data scientists to translate insights into requirements.
• Improve data quality, API performance, and data delivery workflows.
• Define and monitor product success metrics to guide roadmap decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Tech, Data, Economics, Finance, Law, or related.
• 3 years as Product Owner/PM delivering B2B data, analytics, or SaaS in Agile.
• Translate strategy and customer needs into a prioritised backlog.
• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, message queues, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, analytics, and data science.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
