Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a product area: define requirements, backlog, priorities, scope, releases.
• Partner on technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs.
• Bridge users and engineers: translate readiness problems into product requirements via user research.
• Contribute to platform evolution: data ontology, agent orchestration, generative interfaces.
• Support delivery operations: reduce manual effort across contracts and deployments.
• Communicate clearly: demos, PRDs, cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to acquire/maintain US Security Clearance (US citizenship required)
• CS degree (or equivalent technical degree)
• 2+ years in product mgmt or software eng shipping in Agile environments
• Comfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and debating tech decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or SIPR/NIPR preferred
