Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day product management activities: roadmap, backlog, requirements, acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI-powered workflows: evaluate performance, optimize prompts, improve agent effectiveness.
• Analyze product metrics and translate data into decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, support ops, and analytics to improve workflows and AI quality.
• Drive UAT, rollout planning, stakeholder comms, and iterative enhancements.
• Facilitate regular product reviews with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, able to work independently.
• Proven experience owning AI-powered products, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methods, workflow optimization, and AI
• Experience managing internal platforms, workflow tools, or knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Experience building chat-based or collaboration-platform products with integrations.
• Strong analytical skills; define metrics and use data to guide decisions.
