Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product planning and roadmap for centralised assurance products and methodology projects.
• Translate product vision into actionable requirements aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Partner with engineering and design to co-own backlog prioritization and sequencing.
• Define success metrics and measure improvements in product performance and UX.
• Own delivery of central methodology projects with SMEs to translate requirements into product capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reuse and consistency across products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments.
• Proven success delivering products serving multiple teams, product lines, or global markets.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization; simplify complexity into clear product direction.
• Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure product health and adoption.
• Experience delivering AI-powered features or rolling out AI tooling to product and engineering teams.
• Prior hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region product rollouts.
