🎯 Requirements

• Ability to tackle valuable customer and business problems
• Data-led approach, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis
• High agency; taking ownership of problems and adapting to a constantly changing environment
• Collaborative leadership; motivating and earning trust of stakeholders and teams
• Experience of delivering business value through experimentation
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
