📋 Description

• Define and evolve the Enterprise Experience direction for Workflow.
• Drive the product roadmap with engineering for high-impact capabilities.
• Develop specs, standards, and design principles for a consistent UX.
• Engage customers and CoEs to gather feedback for the roadmap.
• Align engineering, product, and strategy across teams.
• Deliver end-to-end experiences: write user stories with acceptance criteria; work with UX and engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Ability to define and manage complex product roadmaps and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Experience in Workflow business process tools such as Temporal or Workato would be highly desirable.
• Any Anaplan or multi-dimensional modelling experience would also be highly desirable.
