3+ years of experience in product management or a related role with direct product ownership (e.g.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with frontend/product metrics
A track record of taking a product from strategy through launch, and iterating based on results.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can write clear requirements and influence
Comfortable working directly with engineers on technical trade-offs; you don't need to write code
A structured, detail-oriented approach to requirements gathering and documentation.
