Product Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering, design, and PM across discovery to launch.
• Gather, organize, and prioritize feature requests from customers, sales, design, and stakeholders.
• Write clear product requirements and drive timely cross-functional execution.
• Identify and scope AI and machine learning opportunities to predict failures and prevent downtime.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, including research, requirements writing, and data analysis.
• Participate in quality assurance testing before feature deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Desire to work in B2B / SaaS; CMMS experience a plus.
• 2-5 years in product management or related field.
• Experience in Agile development and PM tools (Productboard, JIRA); roadmaps and stakeholder updates.
• Comfortable working remote and across multiple time zones.
• Involved across lifecycle from ideation to launch and research.
• Strong analytical skills; derive insights from data and understand client needs.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills and time management.
• Fluency with AI tools; apply pragmatically to accelerate work.
• Experience contributing to or shipping AI/ML-powered features is a strong plus.
