🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience; 5+ in product mgmt or founder roles.
• Proven success building and scaling fintech/payments products.
• Strong strategic vision with executional drive.
• Exceptional communication across technical and business teams.
• Cross-functional impact across design, engineering, GTM to deliver results.
• Hands-on with data and AI tools for writing, analysis, prototyping, experimentation.
