🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products
• Demonstrated ability to tie work to business value via metrics
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and business functions
• Deep user empathy and ability to navigate complex product spaces
