📋 Description

• Collaborate with other Product Managers and engineering squads to ensure the agent integrates
• Identify customer friction and opportunities for improvement through behavioral data
• Define, monitor, and optimize success metrics related to customer activation, retention
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Design teams to create a consistent and
• Work with Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that create measurable
• Establish clear priorities, communicate product strategy and progress, and maintain alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a SaaS environment and with some
• Demonstrate practical experience using or developing AI-powered tools within your product
• Have a proven track record of improving activation, retention, engagement, or other meaningful
• Possess strong analytical and experimentation skills, combining a data-driven approach with the
• Have experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design
• Be a clear and effective communicator who can simplify complex problems, explain trade-offs

🎁 Benefits

• Starting compensation of $137,000–$156,000 USD annually, or the equivalent in local currency
• Compensation may vary by geographic zone, with published ranges extending up to $187,200 USD
