Collaborate daily with engineers on build decisions

Prototype and build on the platform

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher
Hands-on experience with agents: shipped product or built harnesses/evals
Fluency in the current agent stack: tools, sandboxing, evals, serving, memory
Deep knowledge of the agent landscape and direction
Technical competence to trade off with engineers and prototype with AI tools
A track record of shipping fast
