📋 Description

• Own product initiatives focused on AI, automation, workflow transformation, decision automation
• Partner with clinical, business, operations, engineering, and data science teams to analyze
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and governance stakeholders to ensure products meet
• Translate complex user and business needs into clearly defined product requirements and validate
• Lead cross-functional product delivery, including translating requirements into features and user
• Support deployment, adoption, scaling, and continuous optimization of AI-enabled healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, project management, product operations, or a
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Healthcare
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one of the following: AI/ML products, Generative AI
• Strong product management skills, including requirements definition, prioritization, backlog
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, navigate ambiguity, solve complex
