📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day customer interactions in Japan with product, engineering and leadership
• Bridge time-zone and communication gap between Japan and Wayve's global teams.
• Lead local development in Japan; prioritize and ship features that matter to customers.
• Set technical/product direction for the Japan-based team as the customer base scales.
• Translate feedback and market context into actionable product requirements.
• Drive end-to-end issue triage and rapid, technically sound responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, robotics, automotive) with ability to
• Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in product management, technical program management or customer-facing
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across cross-functional, cross-geography teams.
• High autonomy and strong ownership — capable of operating independently across time zones.
