📋 Description

• Act as product lead embedded in the People Team, prototyping AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across recruiting, HR, culture, and operations.
• Build, test, and shape lightweight prototypes using AI tools and no-code workflows.
• Help the team adopt AI with playbooks, examples, and enablement materials.
• Translate explorations into product briefs, requirements, and handoffs for engineering.
• Work with PIL engineers to evaluate feasibility and key tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, tech product strategy, or AI enablement.
• Strong product judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• High AI fluency and curiosity about frontier models applied to operations.
• Ability to prototype, experiment, and learn quickly without overbuilding.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical partners.
• Strong written communication and product documentation.
