📋 Description

• Own end-to-end surface; define wedge, craft requirements, ship first version.
• Prototype and ship: build clickable prototypes, test with customers fast.
• Make hard technical tradeoffs: quality, latency, cost, reliability.
• Design for human-in-the-loop agentic systems; balance human control.
• Run the eval and learning loop; define evals and translate results.
• Work directly with customer teams; test hypotheses with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM, 2+ yrs AI/ML/LLM products; startup exp preferred.
• Engineering depth: read code, API design, system architecture, prompt engineering.
• AI Fluency: LLM APIs, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation.
• Player-Builder Mentality: prototype, write, ship; dogfood AI tools.
• Outcome-Driven Mindset: CSAT, engagement, and conversion focus.
• Hacker Spirit: solve hard, ambiguous problems with curiosity.
