Product Manager, Ambulatory Autonomous Coding

📋 Description

• Define and execute the ambulatory coding roadmap, starting with primary care.
• Spend time with clinicians, coders, and revenue-cycle teams to understand workflows.
• Own the clinician and coding-team experience, including recommendations, review, and Epic writeback.
• Partner with Engineering, Clinical AI, and coding experts to improve coding accuracy.
• Establish clear evaluations for coding accuracy and reliability of Epic writeback.
• Define when coding recommendations are ready for human review vs. autonomous processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership.
• Track record of rapidly learning a complex domain.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, data, APIs, and complex integrations.
• Experience building products for workflows with multiple users.
• Strong written communication and product judgment.
• Based in San Francisco, available in office 3x/week.
