📋 Description

• Define why, when, and what of products; lead cross-functional teams.
• Build product strategy reflecting Insider One's vision and value.
• Own and optimize the release process to bring products to market.
• Manage initiatives; track market trends and customer needs.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Hands-on Agile product development experience.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
