Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain product backlog (bugs, features, ops, feedback from students, coaches, CS
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog
• Create and maintain PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Write detailed engineering tickets with scope, behavior, edge cases, and dependencies
• Review requests, reproduce issues when needed, document problems before dev
• Break initiatives into shippable phases with clear priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, product ops, or similar software role
• Experience prioritizing a product backlog in software
• Strong experience writing PRDs, specs, tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements for engineering/design
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/design, customer-facing teams, operations
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: USD 40,000–50,000 per year, depending on experience and location
• Full-time remote position
