Product Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Own Billing product roadmap, outcomes, and priorities.
• Partner with Eng to deliver resilient billing systems.
• Improve revenue protection via dunning, refunds, and disputes.
• Define billing data model, event flows, and runbooks.
• Run discovery with internal teams and customers to PRDs.
• Establish Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payments, recovery).

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years PM experience; 1–2 years owning a complex domain.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, payouts, fees, refunds.
• Experience with backend/system design trade-offs with engineers.
• Data-driven: define metrics, measurement plans, impact analysis.
• Clear written communication; turn ambiguity into executable plans.
• High ownership, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
