Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems (accuracy, idempotency, retries, monitoring).
Improve revenue protection via dunning, failed payment recovery, refunds, and disputes.
Define and maintain billing domain docs: data model, event flows, edge cases, run-books.
Run discovery with GTM, Product Analyst, and customers to turn insights into PRDs.
Establish and track core Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payment rate, recovery rate).
