Product Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Own the Billing domain end-to-end: fees, payouts, refunds.
• Define roadmap, goals, and success metrics for Billing.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems.
• Improve revenue protection via dunning, failed payments, disputes.
• Maintain billing data model, event flows, runbooks.
• Run discovery with GTM and customers to uncover pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in product management; 1–2 yrs owning a complex domain.
• Strong understanding of payments, payouts, fee models, refunds/chargebacks.
• Experience with backend/system design trade-offs with engineers.
• Comfort with data: metrics, measurement plans, data-driven prioritization.
• Clear written communication and structured thinking.
• High ownership, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Have

• Stripe Payments and PayPal integrations.
• B2B SaaS pricing or self-serve account management.
• SOX/SOC2 compliance familiarity.
• Experience reducing billing-related support through tooling.

Compensation

• DIN597,500 - DIN632,500 gross.
• Final compensation will be based on experience and location.
