Product Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Own Billing product roadmap, outcomes, and quarterly goals.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems.
• Improve revenue protection: dunning, failed payments, refunds.
• Define and maintain billing data model, event flows, and docs.
• Run discovery with GTM/Product Analyst and customers to identify pain points.
• Establish and track core Billing KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of PM experience; 1-2 years owning a complex domain.
• Strong understanding of payments, payouts, refunds/chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work with engineers on backend design trade-offs and ship reliable capabilities.
• Comfort with data: defining metrics, measurement plans, and data-driven prioritization.
• Clear written communication and structured thinking; turn ambiguity into executable plans.
• High ownership, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
