Product Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Own Billing product area roadmap, outcomes, and prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems.
• Improve revenue protection via dunning, refunds, and disputes.
• Define billing data model, event flows, and run-books.
• Run discovery with GTM and Product Analyst; turn insights into PRDs.
• Establish and track core Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payment rate).

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years PM experience; 1–2 years owning a complex domain.
• Strong understanding of payments, payouts, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on backend design and shipping platforms.
• Data-driven: define metrics, measurement plans, and impact.
• Clear written communication and structured thinking.
• High ownership, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
