Product Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Deeply understand customers across segments (consumers, developers, teams, and enterprise admins)
• Partner with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows, balancing conversion against
• Partner with Trust & Safety to stop abuse of Claude plans and credits without adding friction
• Design agentic billing experiences: Claude answering billing questions, resolving common issues
• Partner with Engineering and Design so every Claude product gives customers the same clear way to
• Drive product strategy and roadmap, synthesize competing stakeholder needs, and communicate

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years of product management experience, including self-serve purchase, subscription, or
• Have shipped self-serve experiences where you owned conversion and retention metrics and ran
• Have strong product design instincts, and can make a confusing concept like proration, overage, or
• Have built LLM-powered or agentic product features, and have a point of view on when an agent
• Are equally credible discussing system design with engineers, abuse patterns with Trust &amp
• Are comfortable making tradeoffs between growth, risk, and financial accuracy, and explaining them
