Product Manager - Billing and Pricing (APAC)

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap from problem to delivery.
• Lead discovery with Finance, Payroll, Ops to fix bottlenecks.
• Partner with engineering and design as a triad for solution design.
• Improve payroll cost changes, pricing, and invoice issue visibility.
• Own payroll-to-invoice validation; ensure invoices are accurate.
• Build paths to correcting invoices without cancel/reissuing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product, with B2B SaaS/fintech experience.
• Strong product fundamentals; you own the product, not the backlog.
• Excellent stakeholder management; build bridges, not walls.
• Concise communicator; explain PRDs to engineers in simple terms.
• Platform-level experience: data models, integrations, cross-service deps.
• Strong commercial instinct: pricing, invoicing and cash-flow impact.
