Product Manager - Care Delivery Systems

📋 Description

• Lead care delivery systems powering clinician experience, telehealth, and ops.
• Turn messy workflows into clear product direction with measurable improvements.
• Own critical segments of clinical infrastructure from discovery to delivery.
• Drive rollout and adoption: planning, training, and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and IT to build dashboards and automation.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate work while protecting privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, PM, or similar, shipping complex systems.
• Experience owning internal tools, platform workflows, or EHR systems.
• Strong product judgment on workflow design, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
• Experience with APIs, vendor integrations, automation, or EHR configuration.
• Fluent with AI tools to accelerate work while preserving human judgment.
• Healthcare, healthtech, clinical operations, telehealth, or regulated environments.
