📋 Description

• Own meaningful cash surfaces from framing through readout.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments; define hypotheses, instrument, read results.
• Balance business outcomes with user experience on a high-volume product.
• Communicate clearly with a demanding, fast-moving set of stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Credit, Design, and Support.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for cash features.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical foundation: fluent in data, dashboards, SQL.
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment timing, and readouts.
• Self-directed, able to frame ambiguous problems and ship results.
• Builder's background; close to how things get built and measured.
• Clear, concise communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments.
