Own product design and delivery for TradFi clearing and settlement platform
Lead roadmap and execution for backend capabilities
Design full lifecycle: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error
Define and monitor metrics: false positives, processing time, reliability
Collaborate with engineering, product, ops, treasury, and finance on settlement and fund flow
Integrate systems with external stakeholders; investigate issues

🎯 Requirements

3+ years product management in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure
Background in Accountancy/Finance is a plus
Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
Familiar with backend design and APIs; works with engineering on architecture
Data-driven with metrics-guided product decisions
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
