Product Manager, Clearing Systems

📋 Description

• Define the long-term product and system architecture for clearing infrastructure, covering
• Lead the design and evolution of multi-currency cash and position systems supporting equities, FX
• Partner with engineering teams to prototype and build scalable clearing services, reducing reliance
• Translate complex clearing, custody, settlement, and regulatory requirements into actionable
• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, treasury, compliance, legal, risk, engineering
• Drive the evolution of clearing capabilities as the business expands into new markets, asset

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, technical program management, or engineering focused
• 10+ years of experience across brokerage, clearing, custody, prime brokerage, trading
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one major clearing domain, such as settlement and stock records
• Strong technical capabilities, with the ability to work directly with engineers and translate
• Experience operating in regulated broker-dealer environments and collaborating effectively with
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance regulatory risk, operational efficiency
