Product Manager - CLEC Numbers and Inbound

📋 Description

• Actively manage Numbers and Inbound products for cost and operational optimization.
• Negotiate and manage carrier agreements.
• Partner with Sales to gather customer data.
• Draft requirements for process improvements; serve as SME for development.
• Develop deep relationships with key customers.
• Lead market validation and customer discovery for incubated initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or 10+ years exp
• 3-5 years product management experience
• US CLEC and SIP telecom knowledge; international a plus
• Comfortable in early-stage startups with pivots
• Knowledge: SIP, RTP, G.7xx, SMPP, WebRTC
• Agile experience; strong communications; Monday.com familiarity
