Product Manager - Client Config Hub

📋 Description

• Own the product direction for Client Config Hub (CCH)
• Define and refine the CCH roadmap, priorities, sequencing
• Identify high-value onboarding and client-change problems
• Shape a vision to improve internal workflows and future scale
• Focus teams on outcomes over output to drive impact
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in platform/B2B product management
• Proven ability to own a roadmap and drive outcomes with engineering
• Strong stakeholder-management; influence without direct authority
• Strong product judgement in ambiguous/problem spaces
• Strong discovery and problem-solving for complex workflows
• Familiarity with Jira, Productboard, Confluence
• English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in payments, issuer-processing, or onboarding domains preferred
