📋 Description

• Own the product direction. Set the strategy, outcomes and roadmap for Heidi’s clinical trials
• Work inside the workflow. Spend real time with investigators, research nurses and coordinators
• Map the whole journey, from study set-up and trial awareness through matching, consent, referral
• Make pre-screening safe to trust. Turn complex inclusion and exclusion criteria into workflows that
• Ship with design and engineering. Translate ambiguous clinical and commercial needs into crisp
• Build trust into the product. Partner with clinical, legal, privacy, security and quality so

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product work in regulated or clinically complex environments, though we care more about
• A romantic streak about software. You believe great products can transform someone’s day.
• You do the work yourself. You run discovery, analyze the data, write the doc, test the workflow and
• You move fast inside constraints instead of resenting them. Safety, consent and data integrity make
• Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• You default to building over requesting.
