📋 Description

• Build native Codex security controls: identity, permissions, and tenant isolation.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, and safety to develop controls.
• Define standard interfaces for security context, telemetry, and responses.
• Shape the customer experience for Codex security governance and approvals.
• Create partner ecosystems with SDKs, docs, tests, and certification.
• Collaborate across security, enterprise customers, and partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building enterprise security, developer platforms, or control planes.
• Knowledge of identity, authorization, secrets, and audit systems.
• Ability to design trust boundaries, failure modes, and abuse paths.
• Balance security, developer productivity, latency, and reliability.
• Experience integrating with complex enterprise systems or partner ecosystems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with developers and CISOs.
