Own end-to-end performance of the consumer ecommerce platform
Own product vision for the customer accounts (auth, personalization, prefs)
Design onboarding and account management for new channels (digital & retail)
Bridge tech teams with stakeholders across Order Mgmt, Inventory, Fulfillment, Finance
Develop data integration strategies between customer apps and backend systems
Architect bundling, dynamic pricing, and promotions for subscriptions

🎯 Requirements

5+ years product management in ecommerce or retail tech
Experience optimizing ecommerce, accounting, and payments (Shopify, Stripe, NetSuite)
Strong understanding of account systems, identity management, and customer data platforms
Experience with order management systems and ecommerce operations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Agile experience; stakeholder management with Jira and sprint planning
