Product Manager - Contractor

📋 Description

• Work with clients to design digital strategy and lead teams to execute it.
• Act as cross-functional product lead of distributed teams across US, LATAM, India, Canada and Romania.
• Work with engineering leads to manage project progress and resource use, initiating corrective action as needed.
• Lead the team to execute a short-term plan with prioritized releases.
• Define product vision, goals, values, and customer segments as go-to expert for the product.
• Communicate plans and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management position.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients.
• Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads.
• A strong track record of problem solving and a roll up your sleeves mentality.
• Experience working with global teams.
