Product Manager, Core Agents

📋 Description

• Own the AI agents product vision and roadmap.
• Ship agents that plan, execute, and coordinate work end-to-end.
• Build evaluations, red-teaming, and monitoring for agent behavior.
• Shape how agents use tools and integrations for context.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-impact experiences.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure enterprise agents are safe and governed.

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity about AI tools with willingness to learn.
• 6+ years in product management, ideally AI/agents/automation.
• Hands-on with AI tools: LLMs, prompts, agent workflows, evaluations.
• Proven ability to work with engineering on complex AI/agent systems.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; able to influence cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration, RAG, or evaluation systems.
