Product Manager - Core HR

📋 Description

• Own the Core HR product lifecycle, from discovery and market research through roadmap planning
• Lead product areas including employee profiles and records, onboarding and offboarding, time-off
• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market discovery to identify opportunities and
• Convert product strategy and complex business requirements into actionable specifications, user
• Own and maintain the Core HR roadmap, ensuring releases address customer needs, business
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to make informed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role within a technology or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience owning the product lifecycle and successfully delivering impactful B2B
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, strategic objectives, and
• Experience working across engineering, design, QA, and business teams, with excellent communication
• Ability to translate complex business requirements, particularly those involving multiple
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement
