🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS/Fintech/Enterprise)
• Own end-to-end product area; drive outcomes
• Ship complex features under pressure with quality
• Write precise specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Data-driven decisions; define metrics and analysis
• English (C1) and able to work in a Russian-speaking team
