• Own end-to-end delivery for Core Products & Platform.
• Set strategy, define roadmaps, and write specs for engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and CS.

• Track domain health and product metrics for reliability.
• Leverage AI in research, analysis, and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM in B2B SaaS/Fintech/Enterprise.
• End-to-end ownership of product area and outcomes.
• Strong delivery: ship complex features under pressure.
• Precise specs engineers can build from — edge cases & acceptance criteria.
• Data-driven decisions via metrics and evidence.
• English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
