🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS/Fintech/Enterprise
• End-to-end ownership focused on outcomes
• Strong track record delivering complex features
• Ability to write precise specs for engineers
• Data fluency to define metrics and drive decisions
• English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
