📋 Description

• Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
• Run structured discovery: interviews, behavior analysis, funnel review
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch validation
• Collaborate with GTM, Support, and leadership to resolve enterprise issues
• Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS/Fintech/Enterprise
• Own product area end-to-end and drive outcomes
• Strong delivery: ship complex features under pressure
• Write precise specs for engineering with edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Data fluency: define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions
• English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
