📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product domain impacting donation volume, reliability, and nonprofit success.
• Set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs for engineering, and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Help write the playbook; you won’t be handed a finished one.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise.
• Own product area end-to-end and focus on outcomes.
• Strong delivery track record under high-pressure conditions.
• Ability to write precise specs for engineers with edge cases.
• Data fluency: define metrics, interpret results, and guide decisions.
• Systems thinking: see the product as a whole and manage dependencies.
• English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
