📋 Description

• Define and own domain quarterly goals and success metrics
• End-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch validation
• Specifications for engineering with edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder alignment across Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership
• Domain health: product metrics, reliability signals, balance between features and sustainability
• Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise
• Own a product area end-to-end and deliver outcomes
• Strong delivery track record shipping complex features under pressure
• Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise with edge cases and acceptance criteria
• Data fluency: define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
• Strong written and verbal English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
