📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for the Cranial Navigation portfolio, prioritizing scope based on clinical need
• Be the voice of the neurosurgeon: gather and synthesize feedback from surgeons, sales, service and
• Define market requirements, including serviceability and producibility, and analyze competitors to
• Manage the commercial offering, including article structure, pricing and product information, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in product management or a comparable role in medical technology or healthcare.
• A university degree in engineering, natural sciences, business or a related field.
• Strong technical affinity with complex hardware–software systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize, define specifications and balance clinical, technical and business
• Confidence working with surgeons and clinical staff, including in the OR.
• A structured, clear communicator who turns complexity into a compelling vision and brings R&D
