Product Manager, CRM

📋 Description

• Own the CRM team's backlog end-to-end, triaging intake and PRDs.
• Plan and lead agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews).
• Oversee CRM design, development, and experimentation pipelines.
• Build CRM capabilities in MoEngage (triggers, journeys, personalization).
• Design and ship transactional and triggered communications across channels.
• Define and run A/B tests to validate ideas and inform roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product management with CRM, lifecycle, or growth in B2C/e-commerce.
• Hands-on CRM platform experience; MoEngage is a strong plus; Braze/Iterable/SFMC useful.
• Strong CRM strategy: transactional comms, segmentation, and retention.
• Experience with omni-channel communications and cohesive journeys.
• Data skills: basic SQL and A/B testing to guide decisions.
• Agile background: backlog management, sprint planning, cross-functional delivery.
