Product Manager: Customer Onboarding Experience

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end integration journey for customers and SIs from setup to adoption.
• Define and drive a roadmap to reduce integration time, defects, and escalations.
• Improve tracking flows with robust validation and diagnostics.
• Build tooling for self-serve validation and debugging for customers and teams.
• Define support boundaries to reduce escalations and improve predictability.
• Partner with Engineering and CS/Solutions to ship integration-ready capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience shipping developer-facing/integration-heavy products.
• Proven ability to reduce time-to-value in B2B SaaS with measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency on event flows, attribution, versioning, rollout risk.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Eng, CS, Solutions, Product.
• Comfort making decisions with imperfect data; build health dashboards.
• Clear written communication: specs, guides, stakeholder updates.
