Product Manager, Cyber Security

📋 Description

• Lead Anthropic's cybersecurity product strategy and be accountable for results.
• Ship security products; vulnerability discovery/remediation in Claude Code now and broader
• Represent Anthropic externally with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
• Partner with research to identify security gaps and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with safeguards and policy on model access for Cybersecurity.
• Keep cross‑functional threads moving across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive security experience—building security products, leading a security team, or hands‑on
• Experience building products/businesses from scratch and taking them to paying customers.
• Ability to design for future model capabilities; treat current model gaps as research targets with
• Strong product judgment and technical depth to assess findings and determine real issues.
• Willingness to do unglamorous work and communicate effectively with CISOs, researchers, and
